Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after confirmation of payment.
During high-volume seasons or sales, processing times might be slightly extended. Any delays will be communicated promptly.
Shipping Methods and Providers
We primarily use the following shipping providers: UPS, FedEX, Purolator and DHL (for international shipping).
Customers have the option to choose their preferred shipping method during the checkout process. Please note that the chosen method will determine the delivery time and cost.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
Ashu Africa Import Export LTD offers domestic shipping services within Canada, including all provinces.
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days for delivery once the order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
Ashu Africa Import Export LTD offers international shipping services to countries outside Canada.
Customers opting for international shipping must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including a valid phone number, during the checkout process. This information is crucial for successful delivery and customs clearance procedures.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipment costs.

Refund Policy
Ashu Africa Import Export LTD is committed to delivering genuine products to our valued customers. To ensure this, we meticulously inspect every item throughout its entire journey, from production to shipment.
While we do not provide any express warranty on any of our products which are sold on an “as-is and as-available” basis, we encourage you to inspect the product upon receipt, and notify us promptly should you find any damage in the product or in its packaging; or have received the wrong item.
Request for Return
To request for return, you can contact us at [email protected] Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Please let us know your reason for the return so we can learn from it and ensure that it does not happen again to you, or to any of our customers.
In which case, we give you seven (7) days after the receipt of the product within which you may request for a return of the product you purchased.
To qualify for return you are required to:
Provide a report of said damaged product or its packaging, or wrong item to [email protected],
Attach thereto a photo/video of the product for return, and
A proof of product purchase from Ashu Africa Import Export LTD.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your report, and let you know if your request for return is accepted.
Once accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent back to us without an approved request for return will not be accepted. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns of any opened products because of our food safety and sanitary protocols. We cannot accept any product which is in less than like-new or unopened/unconsumed condition and in its original packaging, or in the condition in which you received the product.
Our company policy does not allow for the return of any products that have been opened or used.
If the request for return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
